SHERBORNE RUNNING CLUB TOPS, VESTS AND JACKETS - available to order online 

Details of our running club training sessions are posted to the SPFit facebook page every week at 6pm on Sunday evening. Our running sessions are every Tuesday, we meet at 6pm ready to start runnig at 6.15pm for about one hour.  All levels of experience and ability are welcome, we are just one friendly club. Ask our members.

 

ONLINE MONDAY EVENING RESISTANCE TRAINING 

This is our strength based coaching sessions using resistance bands to build and tone muscle. We use specific progressions each month and Septmber will introduce a new muscle building/toning technique called pre-exhaust for our "back and shoulders"  program plus a new "arms" superset . The cost is £24 for a block of 4 weeks - Monday 7, 14, 21 and 28 September - from 6:45pm - 7:45pm.  There is one space now available for September, if you are interested in joining this team please contact us.

 

ONLINE WEDNESDAY EVENING FITNESS YOGA (BROGA)

This is our fitness yoga class to get you strong and flexible at the same time. The cost is £21 payable by standing order on the 1st of each month - Wednesday 9, 16, 23 and 30 September - from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. If you would like to do this please contact us for more information.

 

 

OUTDOOR SMALL GROUP TRAINING - MONDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY - BONUS OFFER IN SEPTEMBER - 2 for the price of 1

Hot news  - not only will these sessions now follow our old Friday night bootcamp program which has been so popular for over 4 years now (pre COVID), but there is a special offer for our full SPFit members: 2 for the price of one. Our bootcamps are designed to both strengthen the whole body and burn calories at the same time. So be prepared for the wonderful English weather. To ensure the safety of participants, stations are spaced 2m apart and each participant has sole use of their own equipment which has been cleaned before and after use.  Each participant also uses their own special 20mm thick rubber mat which we have purchased specifically for these classes. We use a wide variety of "different" equipment which will be changed every four weeks to give variety to your workout, teaching new skills and stop you getting bored! (Tyres, sledge hammers, atlas stones, slam ball and many more). These sessions are suited to all abilities for both men and women. Let's have loads of fun. The cost is £24 for a block of 4 weeks for non members or members can choose 2 sessions for the the same £24 - Monday 7, 14, 21 and 28 September at either 09.30am - 10.30am or 6.30pm - 7.30pm. Thursday 10, 17, 24 September and 27 1 October - from 6:30pm - 7:30pm Friday 11, 18, 25 and 2 October - from 09:30  - 10:30am. Contact us for more information.

ONLINE SATURDAY MORNING STRENGTH & HIGH INTENSITY FAT BURNING BLITZ 

Our new program for September, will be one HIIT workout and one HIT circuit, called Fat Loss 4 (FL4) and Fight Gone Bad, providing a cardio vascular and muscular endurance workout. The cost is £25 for a block of 4 weeks - Saturday 8, 15, 22 August and 29 August - from 9am - 10am. However, for SPFit members that are paying their monthly membership by STO the cost is £12.50, so if you would like to join our Saturday team, simply contact Simon

Refunds Policy

As we are a small business, we regret that we are not able to offer any refunds on sessions paid for in advance which you are unfortunately unable to attend.

The studio will be closed for the following dates (inclusive):

  • Friday 25th December 2020 - Monday 4th January 2020

When the studio is closed or unmanned, we do operate a key code system for members, please contact Simon Partridge.
