SHERBORNE RUNNING CLUB TOPS, VESTS AND JACKETS - available to order online 

Details of our running club training sessions are posted to the SPFit facebook page every week at 6pm on Sunday evening. As lockdown begins to ease, our running sessions are every Tuesday, we meet in groups of six at 5.45pm and 5.55pm ready to start running after a warm up and route briefing for about one hour. As it is spring, we will now run off road along the beautiful trails around Sherborne. All levels of experience and ability are welcome, we are just one friendly club. Ask our members.  Just check out all the comments and "banter" as our members actively support and encourage each other. Membership of our running club is £20 per quarter. HYBRID ONLINE AND IN SPFIT-  MONDAY EVENING UPPER BODY MUSCLE BUILDING AND TONING WITH RESISTANCE BANDS  - APRIL

These are our body transformation coaching sessions using resistance bands to build and tone muscle. We use specific progressions each month changing reps and sets. In April, we will change the program to supersets with different muscle groups in each of the 2 exercises in each superset. The cost is £20 for a block of 4 weeks - Monday 5, 12, 19 and 26 April - from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. HYBRID ONLINE AND IN SPFIT WEDNESDAY EVENING FITNESS YOGA (BROGA)

This is our fitness yoga class designed to get you strong, mobile and flexible at the same time. The cost is £16 per month payable by standing order on the 1st of each month - we rotate 4 different fitness yoga workouts each week: chest/upper body, legs, back and our wholebody workout we call the "sizzle" - it is held every Wednesday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. From the 12 April, there will be limited spaces to join this session in our "gym", as well as continuing online as we have throughout the pandemic.  We have participants from all over the UK now as well as Austria and Italy. HYBRID ONLINE AND IN SPFIT OLD SCHOOL CIRCUIT TRAINING - MONDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY

Our bootcamps/circuits classes are designed to both strengthen the whole body and burn calories at the same time. Our aim this month is to improve our endurance, so we will add 15 seconds to each station for each of the four weeks. These sessions are suited to all abilities for both men and women. The cost is £24 for a block of 4 weeks for the Monday morning and Friday morning blocks, while the Thursday evening is £20 for a 4 week block. You can, like most of our members do, choose to do more than one day. Our Monday morning session is on 5, 12, 19 and 26 April at 09.30am - 10.30am. Our Thursday evening session is on  7, 14, 21 and 28 April - from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Our Friday morning session is on 9, 16, 23 and 30 April - from 09:30  - 10:30am. From the 12 April, there will be limited spaces to join the session in our "gym" as well as continuing online as we have throughout the pandemic. We may also move back outside to the "bootcamp" format we used before the pandemic, if our members want to. You choose! Contact us for more information.

ONLINE SATURDAY MORNING STRENGTH & HIGH INTENSITY FAT BURNING BLITZ 

Our program for April will continue the good work we have done in the first quarter of 2021. We will replace our first workout, the amazing HIIT circuit called Fat Loss 4.3 (FL4.3), with pure HIIT training using Tabata for 20 minutes. The second workout  is a 25 minutes As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) strength and conditioning circuit. This month we will either increase the reps each week or add more load/difficulty to each exercise. These two workouts provide both a cardiovascular and muscular endurance workout. The cost is £20 for non-members for a block of 4 weeks - Saturday 10, 17, 24 April and 1 May - from 9am - 10am. However, for SPFit members that are paying their monthly membership by STO the cost is STILL HALF PRICE - JUST £10.00. From the 12 April, there will be limited spaces to join the session in our "gym" as well as continuing online as we have throughout the pandemic.
